Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

  • By purchasing a ticket for Bloom Festival Malta, attendees agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions and all festival rules. Failure to comply may result in ejection from the festival without refund.

2. Ticket Types

  • Day Ticket: Grants access to the festival on the specified day only.
  • Camping Ticket: Provides access to the festival and designated camping areas for the festival duration.
  • 3-Day Block Ticket: Includes access to all festival days and areas from April 18 to April 20, 2025.

3. Ticket Policy

  • All tickets are personal and non-transferable. Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Any tickets found to be resold may be voided.
  • Tickets are only valid when purchased through official channels.
  • Ticket-holders must present a valid ID alongside their ticket upon entry.
  • No re-entry for Day Ticket holders after exiting the festival grounds.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • No refunds or exchanges will be provided, except in the event of festival cancellation or as required by Maltese law.
  • In the event of date changes, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

5. Age Restrictions

  • Bloom Festival is strictly for attendees aged 18 and over. Proof of age will be required at entry.

6. Camping

  • Camping areas are available only for holders of valid Camping or 3-Day Block Tickets.
  • Campers are responsible for the cleanliness and security of their own camping area.
  • Open flames, large audio systems, and unauthorized drugs or substances are strictly prohibited in camping areas.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Bloom Festival promotes a respectful and safe environment for all attendees, staff, and performers. Harassment, violence, and offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Attendees must respect festival property, equipment, and the natural environment of Vincent’s Eco Estate.

8. Prohibited Items

Items prohibited at the festival include, but are not limited to:

  • Firearms, knives, and any other weapons.
  • Unauthorized drugs or substances, except for approved medical items.
  • Glass containers, large umbrellas, and laser pointers.

The festival reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items.

9. Photography and Videography

  • By attending Bloom Festival, attendees consent to being photographed and filmed for marketing, social media, and future promotional materials.

10. Medical and Accessibility Services

  • Medical services will be available on-site throughout the festival.
  • If you require accessibility accommodations, please contact us in advance to ensure suitable arrangements.

11. Liability

  • Bloom Festival is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
  • Attendance is at the individual’s own risk, and the festival shall not be held responsible for any injury, illness, or accident.

12. Event Changes

  • The festival reserves the right to alter the lineup, schedule, or location due to unforeseen circumstances.

13. Weather Conditions

  • The festival will proceed rain or shine. No refunds will be issued for adverse weather conditions unless they lead to a cancellation of the event.
